Terms of Service

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Hana Mele.
• One person per account. No shared or bot accounts.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you add to Hana Mele (songs, practice notes, setlists, etc.).
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you — nothing more.
• We do not claim any rights to your content.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Hana Mele for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service.
• Upload malicious content or code.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Hana Mele offers free (Solo) and paid (Busker) subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

• We strive to keep Hana Mele available, but we do not guarantee uptime.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing the service entirely.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

• Hana Mele is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we take reasonable precautions to prevent it.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaginary Productions LLC's total liability for any claims related to Hana Mele shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
